Terms & Conditions

Deposit
Orders cannot commence without the completion of an order form and 50% of the total order cost having been received by Amour Wedding Services. This deposit is non-refundable and any order cancelled will be liable for full payment unless production has not yet started. Final payment is due when the order is ready for dispatch.

Payment of the deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Please notify Amour Wedding Services immediately of any changes to names, addresses, dates, venue etc. as soon as possible and Amour Wedding Services will make every effort to alter any changes free of charge if production is not in process.

Data Protection
Amour Wedding Services will not share any information you give with any third party.

Our Products
Please be aware that the products and packaging are not suitable for children unless specifically specified (i.e. childrens favours & confectionery).

As all wedding stationery and favours are handmade, the client accepts there will be slight variations between each one, therefore also making each individually unique. Amour Wedding Services also cannot be held responsible for the natural aging of items used.

If the client orders wedding stationery and favours in stages then Amour Wedding Services cannot guarantee the continued availability of exact products/embellishments but will however make every effort to match as close as possible.

Proofs
The proof will be an accurate representation of the final stationery or favour. Whilst we do proof read ourselves, it is the responsibility of the client to proof read any text prior to printing. Once a proof is sent, it must be signed, dated and returned or confirmed via email. Once the proofs have been signed off any further alterations may incur an additional charge if production has already begun.

Copyright
All images, designs and copy/text are the property of Amour Wedding Services and Amour Corporate Services and anyone found to copy these will be duly prosecuted as it is against the Law.

Postage
Costs to the local area of Guernsey, Channel Islands will be at local rates and standard delivery charge within the Bailiwick of Guernsey will be £2.50 depending on size of order. However, it may be simpler and more cost effective to collect or hand-deliver the order..

Costs to the United Kingdom will be as follows:-

Order up to £100.00 £8.95
Order up to £250.00 £12.95

Any orders above £250.00 will be notified of the postage charge prior to dispatch.
